Refund policy

Because each Samzglitz item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference, or change of mind.

However, we want you to be happy.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll replace it straight away.

Please Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item

We’ll take care of the rest as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After production begins, changes are not possible.

Non-returnable exceptions

Because products are made uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:

• Sizing or fit
• Buyer’s remorse
• Colour differences caused by screen variation
